Rosè Extra Dry
Extra dry sparkling wine vinified in rosé obtained from the soft pressing of red berried grapes which, left to macerate for a few hours, give the cuvée a bright pink color of peach blossoms.

Areas in Veneto and Trentino.
To make this sparkling wine, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments without the skins; the wine then receives a Charmat method secondary fermentation.
