Borgo Mionetto is the historic headquarters of the winery since 1887 with buildings dating back to 1400. It encloses the geometries of a refined reinterpretation of the Italian garden which lead to the elegant Piazzetta Mionetto and the Visitors Center, a multifunctional area in which the warmth of the Mionetto tradition and the Venetian stylistic references are contaminated by contemporary design.
Inside there are the welcoming living area, the refined wine shop and wine bar intended for tastings, the meeting room, the tasting room and, outside, the splendid terrace overlooking the surrounding hills allow guests to savour the true Mionetto experience. Guided tours from the Visitors Center invite visitors to access the cellar and the production site of more than 15,000 square meters, which extends in depth on different levels up to 15 meters.
A modern and efficient plant, with a reduced environmental impact, inserted in a context that has deep roots in tradition and history and which combines technological innovation, a sustainable approach and bioclimatic architecture.
WINE SHOP
The wine shop and wine bar tell the story of the oenological knowledge contained in the fine sparkling wines, the greatest expression of the fruits of a unique territory.

The Mionetto Wine shop is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 19.00, on Saturdays from 10.00 to 18.00 and every second and fourth Sunday of the month from 10.00 to 13.00.
