INGREDIENTS (for 6 people)

Bio strawberry compote 300 gr

Cereals bread croutons to taste

Bastardo del Grappa cheese 200 gr

Segusino S-Cek cheese 200 gr

Grana Padano cheese 200 gr

Morlacco cheese 200 gr


RECIPE

Prepare the cheese board in advance: we suggest you to serve the cheese at room temperature, 

allowing the cheeses to reveal all their aromas.

Cut into thin slices the Bastardo cheese, the Morlacco and the s-cek cheese and cut the Parmigiano 

Reggiano in flakes. Serve with cereals bread croutons, strawberry compote in single-dose cups and a 

glass of our Prosecco DOC Brut.
