Made from grapes cultivated without usage of chemical product nor synthetical fertilizers, it’s produced from a vinification kept separate from other processes. A sparkling Prosecco with a persistent perlage, it merges delicate fragrances of acacia blossoms and strong tastes of golden apple, pineapple and orange.
For its most iconic collection, Mionetto refreshed the shapes of the bottle that has historically represented Prosecco. The soft lines get thinner with a slight touch of height, which gives them a modern character. The body is wrapped in an elegant look, characterized by microtextured materials and shiny foils.

Glera from certified bio cultivation.
VINIFICATION:
Primary and secondary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine is vinified separately to ensure purity.

TOTAL ACIDITY:
5.5 - 6.5 g/l.
SUGAR LEVEL:
14 - 17 g/l.
SERVING TEMPERATURE:
6°- 8° C.
SENSORY PROFILE:
This Sparkling Prosecco is distinguished by a persistent and creamy bubbles, that combine scents of acacia flowers with generous notes of golden apple, pineapple and orange.
