Cartizze, D.O.C.G. The select grapes for this limited production sparkling wine are grown exclusively in a 246-acre area in the steepest hills of Valdobbiadene.

HARVEST PERIOD:
Grapes are harvested in the second half of September
VINIFICATION:
Wine made from the soft pressing of the grapes with must separated from the skins. Secondary fermentation (Charmat method) in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
