The elegance typical of the grapes of the area of Denomination of Origin Controlled (DOC) confers on this sparkling wine a reflections perlage, soft and persistent, with hints of acacia, honey, citrus and almond. Pale yellow in colour with a light green highlights.

VINIFICATION:
The clusters for this Extra Dry-style sparkling wine are pressed gently and the must fermented without the skins, then the wine receives a Charmat method secondary fermentation.

ENJOY WITHIN:
One year after bottling.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:
11% vol

TOTAL ACIDITY:
5.5 - 6.5 g/l.

SUGAR CONTENT:
14 - 17 g/l.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:
6 - 8° C

ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
The wine, from grapes in a historically-celebrated Prosecco growing area, is given a careful secondary fermentation to ensure that it will showcase the Glera variety’s finest qualities. It boasts a creamy, lingering bead of pin-point bubbles, then pronounced notes of apple, acacia blossom, citrus, and almond, all characteristics classic to the Glera grape.

FOOD MATCHES:
This Extra Dry makes a wonderful aperitif wine, paired with antipasti of fish, molluscs, and shellfish, and it loves springtime dishes with wild herbs, such as risottos and savoury pies. Try it too with medium-sweet pastries and cakes.
