The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG embodies the excellence of the Glera vine cultivated on the steep slopes of the hills of Valdobbiadene, in the heart of the area of Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin (DOCG)
Hillslopes in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG zone of Valdobbiadene.
The carefully selected grapes are gently pressed, to extract only the cream of the must. This is followed by the first white fermentation in steel tanks and the sparkling process in autoclave according to the Charmat method.

Precious sparkling wine, with a straw yellow color accompanied by slight greenish reflections and a subtle and persistent perlage. Fresh, balanced and elegant, it recalls ripe fruit, honey and acacia flowers. The taste expresses all its typicality through intense aromas reminiscent of golden apple and pear, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. Of great versatility thanks to the perfect balance between acidity, flavor and moderate residual sugar content.
It is best appreciated as a refined aperitif with fish and vegetable appetizers. Also excellent in combination with Mediterranean dishes based on asparagus and Treviso radicchio, marinated fish and raw seafood.
