Avocado toast

Carniel gives us a new, very fresh recipe to enjoy with a glass of our Prosecco
Bio.
Ingredients
for 4 people
4 slices of
cereal toast bread
350 gr. of
smoked salmon
200 gr.
robiola or goat cheese
2 avocados
2 limes
a sprig of
fennel
RECIPE
Peel the
avocados and cut them into thin slices: drizzle them with lime juice to prevent
them from blackening and keep them aside.
Toast the bread
in the oven: it should be crispy but not too dry.
Spread the
toasted bread with goat cheese or robiola, arrange the avocado slices and
salmon on it and scent with chopped fennel and a sprinkle of pepper.
Serve with
a cool and inviting glass of Prosecco Bio.
