Baby spinach and strawberry salad

Spring is in the air! To celebrate the most delicious month, we present you a creative salad to be paired with the delicate notes of Cuvée Sergio 1887 Luxury Collection, which enhances the flavors of seasonal vegetables and fruits.


INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

Fresh baby spinach - 400 gr.

Candonga strawberries - 200 gr.

Feta cheese - 200 gr.

Walnut kernels - 60 gr.

Pine nuts - 60 gr.

Extra-virgin Olive Oil - q.b.

Balsamic vinegar - qb.


RECIPE

Carefully wash the fresh baby spinach and dry well, slice the strawberries lengthwise and add them to the spinach. Cut the feta cheese into thin cubes and add them to the salad, enriching it with walnuts and pine nuts.

Season with a pinch of salt, EVO oil and a few drops of balsamic vinegar and serve with a chilled glass of  Cuvée Sergio 1887 Luxury Collection, an innovative sparkling wine conceived in full respect of the biological cycle of the plant and without the addition of chemical products.
