Sliced chicken breast with peaches
Not your
usual chicken breast, this is a new recipe where the slightly spicy flavor of
arugula meets the sweetness of peaches and the flicker of blueberries: try it
accompanied by our Prosecco DOC Treviso wine.
Ingredients
for 2 people
- Half a
whole chicken breast
- two peaches
- one cup
of blueberries
- 50 gr of
feta cheese
- Arugula
- A sprig
of thyme
- A glass
of white wine
- salt to
taste
- EVO oil
RECIPE
Cook the
chicken breast in a skillet over medium-high heat with very little EVO oil, a
pinch of salt and chopped fresh thyme. Deglaze with white wine and let it
evaporate until your chicken breast is golden brown on the outside. Let the
chicken breast cool while you cut the peaches into wedges and prepare a few
cubes of feta.
Arrange the
arugula, peaches and blueberries on the serving platter. Slice the chicken and place
it on the plate, adding the feta cubes. Season with a drizzle of EVO oil and
enjoy your peach chicken with a chilled glass of Prosecco DOC Treviso.
