Cod fillets with green beans and peas

INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 PEOPLE)

2 cod fillets

Green beans 500gr

Spring peas 100gr

Parsley to taste

2 garlic cloves

Salt to taste

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

RECIPE

Bring a pot of water to a boil. In the meantime, clean (removing the ends) and wash the green beans carefully, placing them in a colander. As soon as the water boils, add the green beans and the spring peas and salt it. Lower the heat and let it cook for about 15 minutes, then drain and set aside to season to your liking.

Pass the cod fillets in the flour to which you have added a little salt. Put the butter in a pan and, when it is completely melted, add the cloves of garlic, brown them and add the fish fillets for a couple of minutes on both sides. Then add the white wine, the previously chopped parsley, salt and pepper, and cook over high heat for a few minutes, until a creamy sauce is created. Once ready, place them on the plate and serve with green beans and peas.
