Grilled king prawns

It has a gently exotic aroma this recipe for grilled king prawns to be enjoyed with our precious Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Rive di Santo Stefano.

Ingredients for 4 people

-          4 or 5 king prawns per person

-          2 limes

-          diced tomatoes

-          garlic

-          pink salt

-          pink pepper

-          parsley


Clean the prawns by removing the legs and shortening the antennae: remove also the black thread from the back with the help of a toothpick.

Make the marinade: squeeze the lime, dice the tomatoes and place everything in a large bowl adding chopped parsley, a little squeezed garlic, salt, pepper and EVO oil. Place the prawns on skewers and drizzle with the marinade, letting it sit for half an hour.

Heat the grill and when hot, cook the prawn skewers for 2 to 3 minutes per side, brushing them with the marinade.
