Lasagne with courgettes and shrimps

INGREDIENTS

fresh lasagna 250g (12 sheets)

shrimps 500g

courgettes 500g

butter 100g

00 flour 100g

whole milk 1 l

1 clove of garlic

extra virgin olive oil to taste

salt to taste

pepper to taste

nutmeg to taste

RECIPE

Brown the diced courgettes in a saucepan with the oil and the crushed garlic over high heat. Add salt and pepper and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.

In a non-stick pan, brown the peeled and washed shrimps, then blend them with dry white wine and add salt.

In a non-stick pan, melt the butter to which you will add the sifted flour to create the so-called roux. Add the cold milk, stirring constantly with a whisk and some nutmeg to taste. As soon as the mixture begins to boil, add salt and lower the heat while continuing to cook and stir until it thickens a little (it will take at least 10 minutes). Let it cool down.

Sprinkle the bottom of a baking dish with a little béchamel and lay a sheet of pastry on top. Spread it with béchamel and put a little courgettes and shrimps, cover with another sheet and continue like this until all the ingredients are used up.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30-35 minutes.
