Mascarpone cream

INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
150 g of mascarpone
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of rum
RECIPE
First of all, remember that to properly whip the egg white it must not be cold, it must be brought to room temperature by removing it from the refrigerator at least 1 hour before using it. With a whisk then beat the egg white until stiff and in a bowl, beat the egg yolk with the sugar until the mixture is thick and fluffy. Add the rum and mascarpone to the egg yolk and mix everything well. Finally, add the whipped egg white until stiff. Let the mascarpone cream rest in the refrigerator about 1 hour before serving. You can sprinkle it with unsweetened cocoa powder if you like.
