Muffins
The basic
recipe for very soft savory muffins: perfect for a tasty appetizer, they can be
enriched with different ingredients, according to your imagination. The
important thing is to enjoy them with a fine glass of our precious Cartizze.
INGREDIENTS for 15/18 muffins
250 gr of
00 flour
30 gr of
grated Grana Padano cheese
2 eggs
200 gr of
milk
60 gr of
seed oil
1 sachet of
instant yeast for pies
Salt
PROCEDURE
In one bowl
mix flour, baking powder, salt and Grana cheese, while in a second bowl beat
eggs, milk and oil by hand with a whisk. Add the liquid mixture over the flour
and mix quickly with the hand whisk until you get a smooth, soft mixture that
you will pour into the muffin tins: 2 tablespoons per ramekin is enough.
Now you can
insert your favorite "toppings" into each muffin: diced scamorza or
shredded zucchini, olives or sautéed mushrooms, smoked salmon or ham. Top the
filling with half a tablespoon of the mixture and sprinkle with grated Grana
cheese.
Bake the
muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for twenty minutes or until they are
gently browned and serve warm, pairing them with the elegance of a glass of our
Cartizze.
