Orange and burrata salad

Our salad with orange and burrata smells of Mediterranean flavors, to be tasted with the elegance of a fresh glass of Prosecco Prestige DOCG

Ingredients for 4 people

3 tarot oranges

350 gr. burrata cheese

1 Pink Lady apple

1 cup pomegranate 

1 bunch of rocket

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper

Procedure

Prepare the vinaigrette by emulsifying salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil and the juice of half an orange.

Peel the apples and the two oranges, taking care to remove the white part of the oranges as well, then cut them into thin slices.

Arrange the rocket on the plates, breaking some leaves: arrange the apples and oranges on the bottom and add the pomegranate seeds.

Cut the burrata into slices, add them to the salad and toss with the orange vinaigrette.

Taste your salad with a glass of Prosecco Prestige DOCG.
