
Orange Sorbet
The Mediterranean freshness of oranges in a deliciously fragrant dessert, to savor with a fresh glass of our Cartizze DOCG Dry.
Ingredients
250 ml water
150 g sugar
5 organic oranges (juice and zest
A sprig of fresh mint
RECIPE
Prepare the syrup by putting the water and sugar in a saucepan: cook over low heat and once dissolved and syrupy, remove from heat, let cool, and refrigerate for about an hour.
Meanwhile, zest 2 oranges and set aside. Juice all the oranges, strain the juice, and mix it with the syrup and orange zest.
Place everything in the freezer for at least 4 hours, stirring the mixture every 30 minutes to achieve the classic creamy consistency. Serve your sorbet with a few mint leaves and a delightful glass of our Cartizze DOCG Dry.
