Appetizing pinsa

Carniel gives us this super easy recipe, great for an aperitif with friends or
for a quick lunch: it seems made especially to enhance the aroma of our Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, it's
an alternative to classic pizza.
Ingredients
for 4 people
2 packages
of ready-made pinsa romana
1 package
of yellow date tomatoes
1 hot chili
pepper
1 clove of
garlic
100 gr.
arugula
250 gr. of
speck
Salt and
extra-virgin olive oil to taste.
RECIPE
Clean and
cut date tomatoes into wedges, salt and add red pepper to taste, crushed garlic
clove and EVO oil and set aside to taste.
After 15
minutes, remove the garlic. Peel the arugula and dry it carefully.
Bring the
oven to a temperature of 250° degrees. Season the pinsa with a drizzle of EVO
oil and a little salt and bake it in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove the
pinsa from the oven and top it with the arugula, seasoned tomato and sliced
speck, then serve it hot with a chilled glass of our Prosecco Superiore DOCG!
