Quiche with pumpkin, apple and feta

Pumpkin is a classic in this period, but it can be twisted combining it with more particular ingredients. Try this recipe and add a fresh glass of Prosecco Rosé DOC Prestige Collection!

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

Round shortcrust pastry 1 roll

Pumpkin 400 gr

Golden apple 1

Feta to taste

Rosemary to taste

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

RECIPE

Cut the pumpkin into slices and let them dry in the oven for about 20 minutes after sprinkling them with a little oil.

Let the apple slices cook in a pot with a little water. Place the slices of pumpkin and apple on the shortcrust pastry to which you will have previously pricked the bottom with a fork.

Add the feta cubes, a little chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.

Bake in ventilated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
