Salmon, avocado and zucchini Poke

A fresh poke to pair with the unmistakable notes of our Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry.


INGRIDIENTS (for 2 people):

300 gr Raw salmon

150 gr Sushi rice

1 Avocado

2 Zucchini

4 tablespoons Soy sauce

1 teaspoon Rice vinegar

Sesame seeds


PROCEDURE:

Boil the rice for 15 minutes; Drain the rice and use a fork to gently fluff it.

Pour soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame seeds into a bowl. Dice the salmon and avocado, and cut the zucchini into thin slices.

Arrange rice, salmon, avocado and zucchini in a bowl, seasoning with soy sauce.

Serve with a glass of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry.
