Scallops with butter and lemon
The holidays are approaching and scallops cannot miss! Combined with our Prosecco DOC TV MO Collection they will be even more delicious!
INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)
8 scallops
25 g of butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
lemon zest to taste
fresh parsley to taste
pink pepper to taste
breadcrumbs to taste
extra virgin olive oil to taste
RECIPE
In a non-stick pan, combine the breadcrumbs with the oil to create a sandy and tasty mixture. Carefully wash the scallops under running water. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter, add the chopped parsley and brown the scallops for about 1 minute per side and add pepper. Add the filtered lemon juice and let it thicken for about 1 minute. Serve and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
