Strawberry ice cream
Summer means ice cream. Prepare it at home with a few simple ingredients and enhance it with a glass of Vivo Blu - Vivo Collection!
INGREDIENTS
250gr strawberries
125g Greek yogurt
50g acacia honey
Milk to taste
RECIPE
First, wash and coarsely chop the strawberries and place them in a freezer in a bag. They will need to freeze for at least 12 hours.
Then pour the strawberries into a sturdy mixer and add the yogurt and honey. Blend the mixture adding a little milk at a time if necessary and until you reach the desired consistency. Serve in a small bowl and ... good ice cream!
