Tataki tuna

Do you want to snuggle your best friend with a special dinner? Tataki tuna and rosé bubbles!

INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

500 g fillet of red tuna

100 g sesame seeds (white and black)

4 tablespoons of soy sauce

4 tablespoons apple vinegar

1 tablespoon acacia honey

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

RECIPE

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, apple vinegar and honey. Add the tuna fillet and leave to rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a pan and then let them cool. Cover the fillet with sesame and sear it for about two minutes on each side, in the same pan in which you toasted the sesame. Cut into two centimeter slices and serve with soy sauce.
