Warm shrimps salad, with vegetables and ginger

A light starter that proves to be perfect for a moment full of flavour. The warm shrimps salad with vegetables and the whimsical touch of ginger, finds the perfect accopaniment with our Cuvée Sergio 1887 - Luxury Collection.

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

20 shrimps

2 carrots

2 potatoes

1 romanesco broccoli (average size)

8 cherry tomatoes

Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Fresh ginger

Juice of one lemon

1 bio orange

RECIPE

Clean with care the shrimps and then wash and peel the carrots and the potatoes, slice them and later divide the broccoli into small florets. Arrange the shrimps with the cut vegetables in the steamer or in the cooking basket and cook all for 15/20 min.

Meanwhile, prepare the citronette with extra virgin olive oil, salt, 2 teaspoon of lemon juice, some orange zest and the ginger grated at the moment, finally mix carefully. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, after that serve the shrimps and the warm vegetables adding the tomatoes. Season with the citronette and serve.
