Warm tofu salad

NGREDIENTS (for 2 people)
200g natural tofu
100g fresh salad
4 radishes
1 spring onion
1 carrot
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Smoked paprika to taste
Oil to taste
RECIPE
Wash very well all the vegetables. Then finely slice the radishes, the spring onion and grate the carrot. Put everything in a large bowl. Cut the tofu into cubes of 1-2 centimeters and leave it to marinate for at least 1 hour in oil, salt and paprika. Then sauté it in a pan with part of the marinade and add a drop of soy sauce. Add the warm tofu to the vegetables and... enjoy your meal!
